(July 15, 2014, 5:12 pm)Our home is 11 years old. We suspected hail damage and had an insurance adjuster inspect the roof. To our surprise, the insurance adjuster only offered a minimal amount roof repair. We asked Ed Holmes for an evaluation and were pleased to learn through his thorough inspection and evaluation; we had much more damage than previously reported. Holmes suggested a second review with him present to help make our case. After the second evaluation, the insurance adjuster agreed to a complete roof and gutter replacement. The work was completed in one day during the next week.
