Paradigm walked us through the whole process of home hospice. The 24/7 phone line was very helpful. The nurses were all understanding, professional, helpful. I want to thank paradigm for the way they treat my mom. The things that they do and the way they go out of their way. They are the most loyal and respectful company I've had and my mom is in hospice care. Paradigm is very respectful very caring and very kind. My mom was very depressed and they brought her a care package which cheered her up not only did they bring a care package and cheer her up but it contained some Sprite and stuff like that and help with her stomach issues that she was having. Kimberly and her colleagues at Paradigm moved heaven and earth to get my sister home so she could pass on to heaven from home with her family around her. From the time we asked them to begin hospice (she was hospitalized and going downhill quickly) to getting her home took only 5 hours including total setup at her home. Coco took care of her final moments while the music therapist played lovely music as she left this life. Each and every person we interacted with during the short time of her hospice were very professional and loving. We felt truly blessed that we selected this hospice company.

I had a really bad experience with another company. These people at Paradigm are AWESOME. They are extremely professional while being compassionate. They are thorough, considerate, and just fabulous.
