  I rarely do reviews but my experience with John Mitchell Two Guys and a Truck was so exceptional I had to write this. I had them move a 350 lb massage chair. They were able to do the move within 1 day after I called them. Several movers I called were 2 to .4 weeks out. The price they quoted was in line with other movers. Even though the job turned out to be a lot harder and take a lot longer than anticipated they held to the original quote. The movers were friendly and professional. The most remarkable thing was their concern about completing the move successfully when they could have given up. The chair was too big to get through the door. One of the movers got on the internet to see if the chair could be safely disassembled. The others began to work on the doorway by taking off the door. They eventually took off the door molding and were able to get the chair into the room. There was absolutely no damage to the chair and when they replaced the molding you could not tell it had been removed.
  
  This company seems to truly want to please their customers with a quality move.

  Moved son from Indy to Columbus, OH, between Christmas and New Year's and the movers were on time at apartment to load and at new apartment to unload. They did not complain about 3 flights of stairs or very cold weather and still loaded all in a very timely manner. The movers were professional, clean looking, and very polite. Would highly recommend that crew again and have shared the John Mitchell Moving name with friends. Would like to give them more stars but 5 is the most available! We have used a couple of different movers to move son over the past few years and these were the BEST! I would use them again.

  First time using movers and was pleasantly surprised. Team was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. They knocked out our local move quicker and less expensive than what they had quoted. All around great experience.

  Used John Mitchell/Two Guys & a Truck just yesterday. Scheduling was hassle free. They asked the details of my move and suggested a three person team with one truck (piano move!). I wanted a T&M rate, which was not a problem and the initial estimate was dead on to how much time was needed, after I remembered the shed and patio furniture on the day of the move. Otherwise, it would have been at least an hour less.
  On actual move day, the team arrived 10 minutes early and ready to rock and roll. Todd, Joshua and Nate were professional and courteous. They made me tired watching them work! Everything was handled with care and loaded in the truck tied down and wrapped up in shipping blankets. They took care to put shipping blankets on hand rails and half walls to prevent damage.
  I know this is a really long review, but I wanted to give the next person looking at this company a full picture of my experience. To the owner, Mr. Mitchell, you have three EXCELLENT employees. This was my first time using movers, I've always self moved, but I will definitely use your company again!
