  Financial Center is such a customer-friendly and respectful financial institution! I had everything explained to me when going through the process to refinance my vehicle (which I recommend!), but I never felt talked down to.

  Most of the time I am treated well but today I needed help with something very specific. I think if I were a 100 lbs lighter and prettier the man wouldn't have yelled at me. Or spoken so loudly. What you don't see is I am a Veteran. I am 100% disabled. It is very hard for me to be around a man especially one who is raising his voice. It is a trigger for me. I have PTSD.
