  I don't typically right reviews but they far exceeded my expectations! I called Moss Roofing due to a very small roof leak. The company that installed my roof 4 years ago (my insurance company's contractor) was now out of business so I reached out to Moss since they were local and had positive feedback online. Bradley showed up on time to our appointment, was very courteous, and quickly repaired some cracked caulking he found around our dormers. Moss will definitely be my first call the next time I need a roofer!

  Very please with the service. Adam and his team at Moss were hands on, transparent, professional, and delivered their completed roof quicker than even originally thought. Can't recommend them enough!

  I never paid Moss Roofing a dime, but they saved me about $8,000. I'm buying a house and the seller is replacing the roof for me. Moss is the only highly-rated roofing company in Indy that promptly returned my phone calls and gave me a quote within 3 days so I could respond to the seller within the inspection period.
  
  Adam Moss went out of his way to return my followup calls on a Friday evening, explain every little issue with the roof and additional analysis about the house, and even write up the additional documentation I needed within 30 minutes. I would never have met the deadline without Adam going above and beyond for me.
  
  The next time I have any roofing issues, they'll be the first folks I call.

  I hardly ever write reviews for services received from vendors, but I’m making an exception for Moss Roofing. I was having problems with another roofer and my insurance company, when a friend suggested I contact Moss Roofing. Adam Moss came out to look at the roof, took some pictures and went over the removal and installation process. He was professional, polite and very helpful. He went over the insurance company’s proposal with me, answered questions and gave me suggestions on what color of roof would look good on my house. The crew covered the garage door, front porch and the immediate area around the house with tarps to catch nails and old roofing material as it was taken off. They did a great job with the demo and roof replacement and removed all debris from my yard and driveway. Adam was out periodically during the demo and replacement to make sure everything was on schedule and to answer any additional questions. Overall, it was a good experience. Would I use Moss Roofing again? You bet! Would I refer friends and relatives to them? Yes I would.

  These guys were wonderful from start to finish. We drug our feet for over a year trying to decide what to do with our siding. They came out multiple times to talk over options with us. They were upfront about all costs and anywhere there was potential for additional costs during the project (there didn't end up being any). They gave us honest pros and cons of different price points. They stayed in communication with us throughout the project. The crew who actually did the work was fantastic. They were polite and clean. The work went quickly and I was very impressed with the results. During installation, the crew leader gave us some suggestions about details to make the overall effect better. Follow-up to make sure we were satisfied was sufficient without being pushy. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure we got what was best for us. Highly, highly recommend!
