(October 24, 2018, 12:17 pm)I purchased 2 sets of these over a decade ago. One of the pair started to crack over years and years of hard use. I came in to see if there was something they could do for it and for a very small fee they swapped it out and I got all new insoles. These have really helped my plantar fasciitis and made my feet feel better over the years. Not sure why they get so many bad reviews, they've really made life less painful.

(July 25, 2018, 12:15 pm)I always look at the reviews online before going to a store, But I have learned to never judge a book by the cover! I went into the Fishers Good Feet store with terrible pain. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me. They listened to all of my concerns and had me walking out pain free. I was almost in tears when I left because I had no idea what I was going to do if this hadnt worked. I seen that the price was expensive but it had me out of pain and the life time warranty made me happy knowing I would never have to buy them again.
