  Nice rug, we’ll made. If there was a problem, it was the fact that you had no control over the time it took to make it. You could only estimate the product being done in a range of weeks.

  We were in need of some carpeting for our new home and had been advised that flooring is one of those things where you get what you pay for, and it can be worth investing a little more to get something high quality. We chose Blakley's based on other reviews that said that, while possibly a bit more expensive than big box stores, it was still affordable, and the customer care was worth it. While we don't have anything else to compare to, we are very happy with our choice. The customer service was outstanding, we were able to get installation scheduled early, and the installation was done with care by experts. Everything throughout the whole process was taken care of promptly and professionally. And we are in love with our new carpet! We will definitely continue to use Blakely's for future flooring needs.

  I started looking at flooring options at some of the big box stores and a few other flooring places. But then I realized I drove past Blakley's often and should stop in there. I expected them to be way out of my price range, but when I stopped in and spoke to one of their sales consultants, I was pleasantly surprised! Their prices were only slightly more than what I had been looking at in other stores, and their selection was so much bigger! And besides that, you get personalized assistance from the same person each time you go in - so you don't have to wonder who will be working that day in the big box stores. You get more samples to take home and view, and their folks are very experienced in what they do here.
  I was also pleased with the installation process. They are responsible for their installers, so you don't have to wonder if the contracted "third party" will do a good job, and you don't have to go set up the details with a third party. The installers were professional and did a decent job. The hard wood install was perfect and looks so nice. The carpet install is decent too (I may need a few minor fixes there, but they guarantee their work, so I'm not concerned). They moved the large furniture, and took good care of the house (only minor scrapes here and there, which happens with any installation!) and the end product looks very nice.
  Overall, I would definitely recommend Blakley's. Stop in and check them out, you may be as surprised as I was at their prices and personal touch! I'll use them again when I need other flooring in my house replaced.

  Great experience from start to finish. Dar was patient, helpful, and listened to my needs when determining what type of flooring I needed. Once carpeting became the choice she helped with selections that were suited to our active family and multiple pets. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Installers were punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Highly recommend Blakley's on Hague Rd.
