Dawes Fretzin Dermatology

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Isaac for a simple derm checkup. As a new patient I expected a longer than average wait and since my appt was late in the afternoon thought it would be even longer, I was wrong. Dr Isaac had me in and out within 30 minutes. My dogs were grateful that I was able to get home to them much earlier than expected. The office was really impressive, this is the derm Mecca for Indianapolis. The staff is very warm and friendly, this is obviously a wonderful place to work. If you’re in need of quality derm services, this is where you’ll want to go, trust me, but more importantly, trust the caring physicians at Dawes Fretzin Dermatology.

Went to see Dr Isaacs and was so pleased with the experience. We never felt rushed. The staff were very kind and friendly, sat and made us feel like they had all the time in the world for us. Dr Isaacs was very professional and yet friendly. Took time to explain the conditions and his thoughts for treatment options. Let us formulate questions and answered them without making us feel silly for asking. He repeated information when we weren't clear. Would definitely recommend. Just don't expect to see anyone quickly. They book appointments 3 months out at least.

We were in Indianapolis visiting family(we live in Austin, TX) and my daughter had a rash breakout on her skin and we were flying out the next day.

They squeezed us in so we could get it dealt with and travel worry free.

The nurses were friendly and thorough and the Doctor was as nice as you could hope for.

I 100% would recommend them to anybody!

Dr Shrift and nurses Kim and Jason were personable and professional. They obviously love what they do and excel in their field. I plan to return when needed and look forward to doing so. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I’ve visited several times as a patient of Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Countryman and have been to appointments with family members to see Dr. Oberlin as well. We have always had very positive experiences here and have received care that quickly resolved our problems and concerns. From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, the entire team at Dawes Fretzin seems driven by excellence and offers warmth and compassion at the same time. I’m really happy to have found this practice!
