  One of the MOST CONSUMER FRIENDLY STORES ON THE PLANET! I'll add examples as time goes by, but suffice it to say that SERVICE not SALES is their number one goal, yet providing stellar service creates a sales base hard to shake, when thinking of all the other adjacent locations where one can visit to buy spas, pool supplies etc.
  We've recently been "gifted" with a spa, but despite not having purchased it from FAMILY L, help received in set-up and maintenance would make one think we had! Because of that, should upgrades or other purchases, say for a sauna, umbrella, or other outdoor living needs, be in our future, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from FAMILY LEISURE! The "leisurely" way customers are approached tells me they aren't DESPERATE to make a sale. That means that the customer base that exists is so strong and solid, newbies like me aren't treated like an annoying fruitfly ruining a good picnic but rather as a valued patron.
  NEVER hesitate to take their advice. Their purpose, obviously is to sell equipment, but truly service comes first here. Also be confident that anything purchased here will come with great service over the lifetime of ownership of it!
  I can't speak for them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they price match or beat the sales at other locations. Can't hurt to ask!

  Huge selection, great Christmas deals, and very friendly staff. The showroom is impressive, worth coming in to check out in person. Has a fun atmosphere, sales and service people are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time you call, you get to speak with an actual person on the phone, which I believe to be important in good service. 5 STARS!

  Three years ago I purchased a home with a pool and contracted a pool keeper to keep it clean and tidy. After season one, I decided to learn how to maintain the pool myself and went to Family Leisure with questions about my newly desired task(s). I experienced immediately that beyond their knowledge and willingness to help, they were/are truly passionate about what they do and what they offer their customers. Not to mention, the whole store is a playground for my kids while I shop for other areas of my home. Anyone can sell products and services, however, this company clearly recognizes that ongoing business comes from relationships, happy customers and of course, referrals. I absolutely recommend this company.

  Honestly, I cant say anything bad about this
  place. When I bought my house a few years back, I went here to ask about getting my in ground pool redone. They didn't do the type of pool I have because my pool was done in the 70's and had a sand bottom. They did direct me to someone they knew that redoes these types of pools. To me that says something about the type of people they are.
  
  So this is where i get all of my pool chemicals and accessories at, because of that experience. Everyone is knowledgeable in what they do. Every time I am there, Matt Russell has taken the time to answer my questions about pool maintenance and balancing my chemicals. I have also bought some wicker patio furniture as well. It seems durable as it has held up the past year and a half through all the weather and use. I'd like to get a spa soon. They have good prices on them. Gotta save that money first haha....

  Awesome store! Definitely worth making the trip if you’ve never been. Shopping online doesn’t even compare to the atmosphere of walking in the doors. My salesperson Andrew was also very knowledgeable.
