    These guys are legit. I never thought I’d take the time to write a review for a battery store, but the employees here are awesome and clearly care about their jobs and customers. I bought a new car battery and they tested it then carried it out to my car. They were willing to do the install too (but it was for a different car in storage). They were equally helpful and friendly when I came back to return the dead battery for the core deposit. Definitely an impressive crew manning this place. Keep it up!

    Great Customer Service. Went to Pendleton Pike Location. Battery was swelling in my cell phone and wouldnt stay charged at all. The back was coming open on cell phone from the battery swelling. They were so kind and patient. They put a new battery in and even sealed the back closed again. They did an AMAZING JOB and it is perfect. They were very quick, and very accurate. They Definitely deserve your business. I highly recommend them. They were a lifesaver to my phone.

    The staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They always honor any warranty I’ve had. They’ve repaired my iPhone 6 screen and replaced my watch batteries! I won’t take my repairs anywhere else!

    Mark provided excellent customer service and I'm most appreciative! I needed a car battery due to the early cold making it iffy getting my car started. I learned Mark had only been with the Batteries Plus for a few weeks, and even though I arrived a half hour from closing and he was the only one working the store, he stayed late to get my battery installed. A great hire - you should be proud of this new employee!
