Our rugs look brand new again and they feel wonderful to the touch even. A Big Thank You to staff who cleaned our pieces and also to those who delivered and laid our rugs.

(April 9, 2017, 1:47 am)Very pleased with the thorough cleaning of two rugs - they got the cat pee out successfully, no remarking by our hyper-vigilant cat! Also had fringe replaced on one rug - it looks so much better. Reasonable price for cleaning, repair, and new carpet pads. Thank you!

My three rugs came back looking like new and the friendly deliveryman helped me put them in place. The charge was less than quoted from other sources and I liked the video and services described on the website. Overall a great experience.
