Their prices were twice as much and we would need to take the tire off and deliver it to them for repair. We left a message for Bruce and he called us back immediately. It was a busy time and Indianapolis was experiencing sub-zero temperatures, but Bruce got the repair done within 24 hours. He was prompt, professional, convenient and his pricing could not be matched in our area. I hope not to need his services any time soon, but will definitely recommend and use ER Alloy Wheel repair if needed in the future.
