“This review is in response to the review from Ny-E-LAandMommysChanel. I felt the need to leave a response on behalf of Second Chance Barbershop. My husband and I own the gas station across the street from the barbershop and the child she is referring to is a special needs adult not child, who comes into the gas station on a regular basis, steals candy, chips etc.. (we have him on camera) and runs without paying. Apparently he did the same at the barbershop and it caught up with him. IMPD was called and they informed all of the business owners in the area that the "Dasher Menace" whom is 21 years of age, had been caught. They also informed us that he received a haircut from 2nd Chance and ran out without paying. East side business owners go through a lot because of the area we're servicing. Second Chance has been a staple on the east side for several years and the owner does a lot of good in the community, giving out free haircuts, participating in school drives etc... The mother or caregiver of this special needs adult needs to keep better track of their child to prevent these types of mishaps because he has stolen from my station on several occasions, not to mention it could've ended very badly! I Boldly support Second Chance Barbershop! Keep doing good on the east side.”
