“I've been going to Cole Fitness for about 2 years now. At first I saw Adam about once a month and he would give me exercises to do when I went to Planet Fitness. I'm a diabetic so Adam was able to give me suggestions and recipes to help me feel full, but were low carb/sugar. His exercise plan was good for me, but I felt like I reached a plateau on my own at PF. I could have had training sessions with the trainer at PF, but I did not like his coaching style. I decided to see Adam for more personalized training instead. Now I see him 2 or 3 times a week, in addition to PF. It's been great having constant feedback and encouragement. I have definitely seen an improvement in my endurance and strength. Adam is more than willing to help outside of his training sessions and group classes. He constantly asks us for feedback and suggestions on exercises we want to do to reach our goals. I really enjoy the variety of training we do, which includes unexpected things like boxing, yoga, and pole dancing. I've also attended (not participated in, yet) weightlifting, kettlebell, and Warrior Dash obstacle course competitions with Adam and other trainees. I highly recommend Adam and Cole Fitness!”

“In my opinion Bears Football is correct about 1 thing. His statements are 2cents worth in a world where Dr. D is worth a $million. I have been with Dr. D for 16 years and I DO NOT suffer any type of foolishness well at all. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is not an MD. However, I had been to multiple MD'S & none of them could figure out a particular issue I was having. Dr. D listened to me, asked me some questions and did a few non-invasive, completely non-painful tests & told me that he thought I was suffering from RSD. He spoke to my primary, personally & they worked together to get me the right treatment. Dr. D has moved offices a couple of times over the years but not for the reasons listed in the other post. I know this to be a FACT. Just ask him. He is open & truthful. & that statement about his wife was not only totally untrue, I find it to be completely out of line and just gives you a peek into the character of the person that posted it (which happens to be the only person that was afraid to attach his real name to his statements). Keep up the good work Doc. YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
