The Food Guys Catering

Excellent food, wonderful staff.

My now husband and I had two options as the preferred vendors through our wedding venue. We chose The Food Guys due to the simple fact they were quick to respond and how they accommodated our request.

We had already planned on using a baker for our cake so when looking at the packages we needed a package that offered appetizers instead of dessert . After speaking to Stephanie, she made that happen with no questions asked. My husband and I then met with Stephanie a few times to try different dishes to ensure we were choosing something we enjoyed. Each time she accommodated our request. We ended up choosing the friend ravioli, beef bruschetta, and bacon wrapped shrimp as appetizers and then salad, green beans, tri colored carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, parm crusted chicken and carved roast beef for dinner.

A few months before our wedding, Stephanie took another job but I could hardly tell. Chef Chip took control and it was a seamless transition. The team was in charge of setting up the appetizers in a room next to the ceremony room during the ceremony and they were extremely quite. The food was delicious and at a perfect temperature. My brother is in culinary school and he was impressed with all of the food. His only two qualms about the whole production was that the roast beef carver had his hat on wrong and was using the incorrect knife to cut the meat.

The team was also in charge of cutting our cake and even served it to our guest. At the end of the night they wrapped the leftover cake in aluminium foil for us to take home. They even hopped into the photo booth to snag a photo for us to have forever. Before they left, they grabbed me to give me a hug and asked if they could assist in anything else. The whole team was extremely accommodating and the food was amazing!

My wife and I were very happy with the job that food guys did catering our wedding. Everything exceeded our expectations at a cost that was within our budget.

WOW!! The Food Guys provided OUTSTANDING food and service for our rehearsal dinner. All the guests went out of their way to rave about the meal. Everything was freshly prepared and was absolutely delicious! I just can't say enough about the FANTASTIC job they did to make our event so special. Jenn made the process incredibly easy.
