I've never had to wait for my kids appointments and the staff is very friendly!
Wonderful Staff. I changed to them after a bad experience at our local dentist. I drive my boys and hour and a half just to get their teeth cleaned and Im going to continue.
All the staff here are friendly and attentive. I never feel rushed when asking questions or that they are preforming unnecessary procedures. I took my children to Kool Smiles ???? when they were small and kool smiles scared my children to death. Dr. Mann and team go above and beyond to assure the most gentle experience possible. It is apparent the importance they place on children not being traumatized, in hopes that they do not neglect their oral hygiene as adults. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Mann and team for giving our children’s emotional well-being the same care and respect as their oral health. You are making a big difference and it matters!
My daughter had no luck with the laughing gas to take care of her cavities at another dentist's office. One of Dr. Mann's specialities is liquid conscious sedation. I was worried and concerned, but it all worked out! My daughter told me after her last visit that she likes her new dentist!
Dr. Mann was recommended by my adult dentist for my youngster who was then 4 years old. They were friendly, efficient, and not a single tear was shed (light sedation was needed for a procedure). Charges were comparable to other dentists and really depends on insurance so there was nothing unexpected; they let me know the cost prior to treatment. They answered all of my questions before I left and didn't rush. Future recommendations seemed to be congruent with medical guidelines and they didn't try to sell me unnecessary services or flashy toothbrushes.
