    I would highly recommend O'Riley. During one of the most challenging times of our lives, Chris and the O'Riley staff made my son's funeral a great tribute to his life. The level of service was exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations.

    We will never be able to thank O'Riley Funeral Home enough for the incredible job they did on our son's funeral. We were at a loss when our son passed away and Chris took us under his wing and walked us through one of the most difficult times of our lives. His respect, patience and understanding were so comforting as we stumbled through the process. When it was all over we truly felt like it could not have gone any better.     My 39 year old brother passed away November 24, 2018 in Indianapolis, IN and we live 4hiurs away in Rock Island, IL. We have never had to deal with preparing a for a deceased loved one and we had no idea where to go. So I googled best funeral homes in Indianapolis area and O’Riley Funeral came out on top so of course I contacted them and all I can say is they did a tremendous job! The love and concern for the loss of our loved one was truly genuine and sincere. We have never met them in person, but just talking on the phone was so comforting which made the whole process transpire smoothly and painless.     We worked with a couple of staff members, but mainly with Mark. Everyone was very compassionate and extremely helpful. The facility was like walking into a welcoming home and was very nicely decorated. I’m certain our mother was pleased to be celebrated there.

    How do I make a positive review from the worst event in my life? It's not easy. That's why I waited a couple weeks to write this. I considered and visited 3 homes. Chris, Mark and Macie really made everything run smooth, very professional, beautiful facility, no detail overlooked. They really exemplify the meaning of personal service.
