  I’ve been living in these apartments for close to a year now and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. Before I moved in I saw all of the negative reviews I must admit they scared me a little but I am glad I decided to ignore them. I can honestly say I have NOT seen 1 bug in my apartment for the entire time I have been living here so I’m not sure where those complaints are coming from. My Renovated apartment is beautiful and the walk in closets are a huge attraction. The staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have any questions and it seems as if more positive changes are on the horizon for the community.

  Aside from having roommates at other communities for serveral years, this is my first apartment on my own! It’s been almost a year and by far, this has been an overall good experience. Tasha was phenomenal and was the leasing consultant that showed me around the community and went above and beyond to get me into an apartment! My family actually lived here about 20 years ago when I was very small for a couple years and that’s how I knew about this complex. I also have a mutual friend that has lived in this community for 9 years and has had very little issues. I was looking for a reasonable price for a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer connection near the interstate and I got what I wanted! I did read all of the reviews about break - ins, theft, delivering issues, other complaints, etc. so since I am a young woman and live on my own, I decided to invest in an alarm system and protection and when I order things online I make sure it’s sent to the leasing office to reassure I get my item(s) and I haven’t had any issues in those areas. Like anywhere you choose to live, you should consider being secured (alarm system, protection, etc.), know your neighbors, be involved or stay updated in the community, and always be aware of your surroundings, etc.! I had a few personal issues with rent payments and the leasing office staff handled those issues professionally and accordingly. By living here for a few months, a couple concerns grew on me like with maintenance being slow to tend to requests and the trash compactor breaking down every other week making the complex look trashy but the apartment complex just recently changed the trash service so hopefully that brings satisfaction and I do notice the leasing office staff communicating more about the maintenance requests and making sure it’s done within a timely fashion. (They send surveys after every maintenance request as well) There are other concerns like making sure the overall leasing office including the gym, pool area, laundry facility, and other amenities stays clean and updated and also considering putting more speed bumps to prevent people from going 40+ mph in this complex (you should be ashamed of yourself if you go that fast because kids and animals live here!) - but with confidence I do see they are trying to improve in those areas I spoke of (Probably because I am not the only one who has complained about those things), but like everything else in life - some things takes time to change (also considering every business has budgets etc.) so hopefully my voice/honesty is heard and I was able to help potential new residents decide if this is the right community for you and the leasing office staff pass on to their many meetings to see what they can do to improve!   Leasing agents were very helpful. We were moving cities and while the process itself was very stressful, Oaks of Eagle Creek was very accommodating. We worked with Karina and out of all apartment complexes we spoke to and worked with, Karina at OEC was amazing. She was helpful, understanding, personable and she went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Additionally, she kept being kind and helpful even after we moved in. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and we are especially grateful to have worked with Karina.

  Tasha is absolutely the best, I love these apartments. Got me the apartment I wanted when I really needed to move in she helped me. The apartment is beautiful and I even had wecome gifts in the kitchen. The maintenance workers are amazing. I am more than happy with everything. The pool is open till 10pm & it’s not very strict. I can take my niece and nephew and it’s also clean. I really like it here, the apartments are clean you don’t see trash out. Overall, I would rate this higher if I could.
