The Appearance is what drew me in,but the teamwork and team planning kept me. My input matters with the plan of care for the residents. The management team ensures that I have all of the tools and supplies to take care of my residents.The company offers growth opportunities to current staff members.Im so appreciative to be apart of Willow Lake Place team.

I would highly recommend Willow Lake to families who are looking for an assisted living facility. This place and staff are top notch!
