  Checked in the evening of October 2nd, just checked out this afternoon. Front desk agent who checked us in was super friendly and even walked a key up to my room when mine wasn’t working. However, the bathroom sink and floor weren’t clean when I checked in. It was late night so I just cleaned it myself with the supplies I had. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the manager. She went out of her way to make amends. She credited me a whole night’s fees from my total! I didn’t expect that at all, but was very grateful. All the staff members were friendly, patient, and helpful. Especially the women serving breakfast. Even though my visit wasn’t perfect in the beginning, I would definitely visit again.

  Hotel was nice and clean, updated decor, and this is the first hotel I’ve had a hot breakfast at since COVID hit

  My wife and I have visited this Hotel for years not just in Indianapolis, but all over the country.
  
  Greet Hotel for Family. Free parking, breakfast and Happy hour in the evening's. Love it.

  I've been here a few times just because it's such a nice place to escape from home for a bit. Especially with the quarantine. They have amazing staff, clean and nice looking rooms, and actually still have breakfast that is good. Overall a great experience. No complaints
