We liked the information we were given before we signed the paperwork. Everything was done in a timely manner. Roofers were hard workers! Everything was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they completed the job. We would use this company again if needed.

Beginning with the sales visit to the roof being installed on my home, the experience was great. The Erie salesman worked hard to get the roof I needed at a price within my budget. The installation crew were professional, clean, and proficient throughout the entire job. Very pleased with my Erie roof!

The sales people were very thorough in checking the roof and going up into the attic. He had a portfolio of pictures showing me all the issues and possible issues that I may be having. They gave me different avenues of what I could do with different materials. They even were able to provide me a financial route that I could use for financing. I went with the fiberglass dimensional shingles and once we negated price they ordered the product. In just a few days they had a crew out removing my old roof and replacing bad decking and modifying the ventilation for my attic. The crew was at my house at the time they said they would be there. They were very professional and courteous. They done a great job in replacing my roof and installing all the extra safeguards barriers, ice shields, drip edges and gutter protection. When they were done they cleaned up everything and didn't leave any evidence that they were even there. Before they left I personally thanked each and everyone of them for a job well done.

Less than a week from my first contact until my roof was completed. Very professional salesperson, fast and courteous project manager and crew. Job was superb and my yard looked like they had never been there when they left. I wish everything went this smoothly. Great product, great warranty. I had been shopping around for a new roof since I had a leak. The sales guys were the only ones that went into the attic to see what was going on. They were the only ones that found the hole in my roof! It was also not properly vented which explained why it was always so hot at night. They showed us what they could do, got us rushed on the schedule, and boom new roof. The crew was very professional, cleaned up to the point they used magnets in the flower beds, and I didn't fling anything with the mower that night. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and I can rest knowing I won't have any more leaks. It's also not hot at night anymore. Quality product and quality crew. I could not be happier.
