Love this park! For the most part it’s always clean, only down side is sometimes there are homeless people here drinking their beers or hanging out. Overall, it’s kept up and a lot of my neighbors come here to take a walk with their pets. Love the nostalgic pics around the park too.
Pretty at anytime of year, a lake you can paddle on, great free (other than admission to the park) concerts. Quite a few trails, some playground areas, and grills make it a good weekend relaxation destination.

Great park to visit with lots of well marked trails. One trail also had exercise equipment spaced out on the trail for an interesting workout. I just casually walked by all of these and hoped they weren't judging me.
This is a beautiful and well maintained park. There are a few ponds, well marked trails distances between 3k - 10k. There is parking throughout the large park and admission is inexpensive. I visited in the winter so I cant report on the water activities, but I'd bet it's great on the water when it's warm.
Such a beautiful park! There were tons of birds here, including bald eagles. The walkways were somewhat narrow and either gravel or dirt, so it would be a great place to talk your dog/go for a jog, but not biking/rollerblading. Definitely check it out in the fall of you have the chance!
