  Happy every time I go. Be aware that Saturday hours are by appointment only! Google shows that they are open 8a-1p, but no one is at the store unless you make an appointment ahead of time

  I love, love, love the place! The staff is wonderful! Buffy is awesome! She helped me find the distinct pair of frames that would go with every accessory! LOL
  
  Dr. Avila is awesome! He explained intricate details of my eye exam and results. From the receptionist to the optician, to the eye doctor have Ossip Optometry (Willow Lake) provide outstanding customer service.
  
  They are a little pricey.. but it is worth every dime! I refuse to go to anyone else. They have the latest up to date equipment and eyeglass frames.

  I have used the same eye doctor since I was a child. Let me give the disclaimer that I have TERRIBLE vision due to my genetic code! I was paying close to $400 a year for my contacts and even though I had great vision coverage through work. I decided to change eye doctors and Dr. Avila was recommended by a family member. After my first visit with Dr. Avila I almost burst into tears because he found a program that I qualified for where my contact cost would be covered! I was so grateful that he took the extra time to research my options. I now live 30 minutes away from his office but return to him on a yearly basis because of the incredible customer service that he showed. I would highly recommend Dr. Avila.
