“I went to Dr. Palanca, dentist at Preferred Dental Care, for the first time about two years ago as a referral from a friend. I hadn't gone to the dentist for about 12 years prior to that because, like many people, I was scared of the dentist due to past dentists. I had to go to the dentist due to a tooth emergency and she got me in very quickly. Dr. Palanca makes you feel safe and doesn't want you to ever feel pain. During one extraction I had to have, she asked me if I could feel her touching my gums before she did any work to ensure I wouldn't feel any pain while she was doing the actual work. Things like that make you know that you are in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good dentist or is scared of the dentist. The entire office is very friendly. Jamie, a dental hygienist at Preferred Dental Care, is also very friendly and caring.”
