  I was very happy with the overall experience. Was a 2 day effort.
  Day 1 - packers arrived very late. Original arrival was to be between 8 - 8:45am. The folks arrived at 10am. So we got off to a slow start, but they worked really hard to catchup. One of the folks had to leave unexpectedly, understandable due to family emergency, but that put us a little more behind. To the Jay's credit, reinforcements arrived within 30 minutes. Didn't get everything packed and as I went around the house to make sure, I found a few places that were missed. It was a hot day, though, and by day's end I'm sure they were exhausted. I do want to give a special shout out to Stephanie and David who did a phenomenal job.
  Day 2 - The movers arrived by 8:30am and started right in. These men were a bit disappointed that not everything had been packed the day before mostly because it meant more time for them and they had to call in for wrapping supplies. Nevertheless, they worked non stop in another hot, humid and rainy day. I was pleased with the team work and care given to some very heavy pieces of furniture. While everything went into storage for a short time, I want this team to be the one to deliver our "stuff" when our apt is ready for move in. Special shout out to "A" team - Damon, Deonte, Donnie and Marquis. Thank you so very much.

  We had an excellent moving experience with Jay’s moving. The movers were friendly, professional and efficient! We have used their services twice in the last 2 months and were pleased both times! We would highly recommend their services!
