I have never ordered from this place and I doubt that I ever will only because I don't send or receive flowers but I'm giving a four star rating because despite all of the bad experiences below, i know that not everyone has the same experience and I hope to revive the courage of the company to do its best despite any mishaps and to educate any delivery drivers that they have one staff on how to conduct themselves and how to dress and just the standards of the company in general and to do the same for staff members inside the store on the same standards when putting together orders...

My daughters prom corsage was less than what she wanted. We tried to fix it, change the ribbon, and the whole thing falls apart. Ran over to Cumberland Florist and she was able to make it beautiful again!!! Saved our day at no charge!!! I have used them for years and have loved everything. I will continue to use them for all my floral needs!!!!
