  Every time I'm in Indianapolis I make a point to drop into this gym. Whether you're brand new to the exercise life, just getting back into it, have been working out for years, or anywhere in between, this gym is perfect for you. Tristan is the head coach/owner and he KNOWS HIS STUFF. His programming is challenging, but can be scaled to meet any fitness level. Beyond having all new equipment, killer programming, and plenty of floor space, what sets this gym apart is the community. Small things like having a question of the day and big things like community service, core values, and people loving people is why I would give this gym all of my money if I lived in Indy. If you live nearby and are looking for a gym home, GO HERE. If you are in town for a work trip and want a great workout, GO HERE. If you just need to find better community because Jim from high school has been dragging you down for decades and you want to upgrade your friends, GO HERE. You won't regret it.

  I came to M4G with little gym experience and even less CrossFit experience (um, zero). It absolutely lives up to its reputation as a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment where you can work on becoming the best version of yourself. This isn’t just a place to exercise — it’s a diverse community of people who want to be fit physically and mentally, together. The coaches are an absolute A Team, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. You are not just a number to them. Highly recommend the On Ramp class for beginners. I love this place!

  M4G isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. A clean gym, friendly atmosphere, and great coaches. I used to dread going to the gym after work, now I can’t wait to see my gym family. M4G also offers a On Ramp class, where they teach you proper techniques and movements. I highly recommend this class for anyone new to CrossFit. M4G has so much more to offer than just CrossFit.

  I’ve been to a lot of different gyms in my years, but none of them have made me feel a part of a community like this one does. The members are great; the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; the workouts are awesome! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

  After being a member at another gym for 5 years and recently switching to M4G I can say it is AMAZING! The community is so encouraging, everyone is kind and friendly, yet competitive. The programming is great compared to others and there are many options for any level. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
