(September 24, 2020, 12:42 am)They have managed my property for 3 years and have done a fantastic job. I tried to manage my rental property on my own and didn't do so well. They have made this very easy. Held my hand every step of the way. They have been on top of repairs needed for the rental too. Walked me through upgrades to the property that made it a home I would want to live in and that the renter would be willing to continually renew their lease, as they have done for three years. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend their services!

(August 25, 2020, 2:51 pm)I hired 3E to manage. a property I purchased that had existing tenants. Edwin and his team handled the transition well. They met the tenants and did an inspection. At this time the tenants are moving out and we are looking to 3E to do some updates to the property and get it rented again quickly. We anticipate a smooth transition and a spectacular update to the property.
