My daughter purchased a wedding dress at different bridal salon. When the dress arrived, it was not the same as the sample, and we were told by that same store that it could not be fixed. Nancy, Julie-Anne, and the entire staff at Nancy’s Bridal assured us that the dress would be exactly what my daughter had dreamed of, and they made it happen!
