  I have been to ATI for two separate issues over the past year, and the whole team has been so helpful in moving me towards independently managing my pain. I am so grateful to Ashley, Kyle, Dan, and Carly for how validating and growth-oriented they are. Thank you, team!

  I visited this ATI Physical Therapy location for the past 5-6 weeks or so. After dealing with lower back pain for over a year and trying a variety of things that didn't work, I can happily say my pain is almost completely gone! As thrilled as I am to be without lower back pain, I'm equally happy about the experience I had at ATI, especially with the staff. Ashley and the two Kyles are who I mostly worked with; all three were nothing but professional and skillful at what they do. I enjoyed their personalities, too, and they kept me motivated to do the strengthening exercises my body needed. I'm very thankful for ATI and its team at the Indy Glendale location for helping me get out of pain!

  With a lot of upper back and shoulder discomfort that wasn't responding to the aid of a chiropractor and his massage therapist, I was referred to ATI to try dry needling. First reaction: YIKES! Experience: AWESOME! As a result of the dry needling skills of Ashley (licensed in the technique) the many 'knots' (trigger points) in the musculature of my back were released to free those muscles to relax in their natural form allowing them to then be re-trained through physical therapy to be strengthened once again....a work in process. I'm so thankful to have had the help of Ashley, Kyle, and Kyle (yes there are two!). This staff truly works as a team as they provide personal assistance to each patient simultaneously ensuring each gets proper guidance in performing their healing exercises.

  I came to this location because it was centrally located to all my stops in my busy life and I'm glad that I did! From the moment that I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Kyle then sat with me and went over the paperwork set up my initial appointment. That appointment was with Ashley, and it went great! Again, I was greeted smiles, and she listen to me and made sure that I understood my goals for therapy. Carley was another one that I had the pleasure of working with, and she was just a pleasant as the other two. I would recommend the Glendale ATI, Ashley, Carley and the Kyle's, yes, there's 2 :) will absolutely take great care of you and I guarantee you'll be greeted with a smile each visit.
