  Can't say enough positive things about Frank and the staff at IROC. I was in the midst of a difficult recovery from rotator cuff surgery in May of '18 when my neighbor recommended them. He was right. Frank, Ben, Brittney, Jeremy and Shawn took turns guiding me through a regimen of exercises and stretches and then massaged and applied pressure to problem areas. They listened to me and made adjustments, but eventually allowed me to work independently, which I appreciated. They were always there to help if I needed, but they would allow me to work out alone much of the time. If they saw me "cheating" or doing things improperly, they would step in. The proof is in the pudding of course, and the other day I actually threw a ball with no pain whatsoever. I can't wait to swing a golf club and I was afraid that day might never come. If not 100%, my shoulder is darned close. Thanks guys! You really helped me! Highest ratings!

  I highly recommend IROC! My PT is Amy Klooster and she is amazing. The entire staff is kind, caring, and hard working.

  I had been dealing with undiagnosed planter fasciitis for over a year. As a runner, the pain was getting to be almost unbearable. My podiatrist recommended I call Frank at IROC after unsuccessful attempts at treating me. I worked at IROC for 4 weeks. The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the diagnosis and treatment. Multiple people worked with me and they were all on the same page about my treatment and progress. They looked at my feet and once it started to get better, they started looking at my entire leg and my walking mechanics to try and make sure the pain went away and stays away. Within 4 weeks, a year's worth of pain went away and I could start running long distances again. As long as you are willing to put the work in and do the exercises the staff assigns, I'm sure you will see progress and reach your goals.

  I have been working out at IROC for a year. They are friendly, flexible, and competent. The facility has grown in the last year. It’s very comfortable. After a fall in January I needed some PT. Frank Klene,the owner, was on the job! He is a gifted PT. He has helped many people I know as well.

  I had been limping around with planter fasciitis for months. A friend recommended I call Frank at IROC. Frank and his whole staff were friendly and all on the same page. I had different people working on me but they all seemed to follow the same program. They did not just look at the foot...they worked on the entire leg and range of motion. In just a few weeks I am back in action. Frank gave me a lot of exercises to continue doing at home. I am confident I will be able to do what I need to do to keep this under control so my level activity (running, etc.) will be able to continue.
