Unfortunately my team did not make it and without even reaching out to them I got an email from their employee Lisa, the night of the loss, that she had processed my refund and it would go back to my cards in a couple of days. “A year ago I bought a home with a pool. I knew nothing about taking care of it or getting it up to speed. A friend suggested Pate's. I started working with them to get my water clean, clear and most importantly, sanitary. Kris and all the staff at the store took the time to explain and educate me on what my pool needed. I had a pool that was clear but not sanitary (very bad ammonia issue.) Several other pool services would test my water and say I was fine. It took several discussions and efforts to get my pool sanitary. Pate's people never gave up on me or the pool. My pool closing last fall and the opening this season were done on time as planned and the water tests started great. The response time to a phone call is always prompt. I would strongly recommend Pate's to anyone who owns a pool. It's also nice that they remember who you are when you walk into their store.”
