For many years, Jack has maintained and tuned all the pianos for the Indianapolis Public School system, so he knows what he is doing. He was prompt, clear, and meticulous with his tuning. It was awesome to watch him. His stories, which I requested, and pianist skills, which were a bonus element of the tuning process, only added to his great service.”
