(October 1, 2018, 7:09 pm)I had a carpet cleaning emergency! Our 55 gallon aquarium sprang a leak last week. So after spending quite a bit to replace the aquarium, I also needed a thorough cleaning. I initially scheduled with another well known company (honestly because I remembered the song), but I prefer to support small businesses. A friend sent the number and not only was Hutch Pro able to get me in before the other guys, but also cleaned more rooms for less money! Bomus, he didn’t expect for me to take off work with a wide 4 hour range of time to wait for a call! I saved money and time which are both precious to me!
If that wasn’t enough, he also text me after leaving to let me know that my garage door was open! Do yourself a favor and call him! He just needs a catchy jingle and would surely put the other guys out of business! -

(September 13, 2017, 7:21 pm)Hutch Pro did an impeccable job on our carpets today. Robert showed up on time and communicated with me that he was on the way before he got here. When he got here, I found him to be among the most professional and courteous people I have ever met. He explained to me how his cleaning process works, and how the cleaning solutions he uses are non-toxic and safe for our animals. He went to work immediately and the results are amazing. Our carpet looks like it was when it was new, and those few stubborn stains that I have worked on with my carpet cleaning machine are now gone! As long as Hutch Pro is in business, I will not be using anyone else. Robert certainly earned this customer's loyalty!
