  I would first like to say I will follow up on this request and with that said your employee named ZIM has made such a great customer experience for me that I’m going out of my way to reach the right authority in requesting this man receive a pay bum or promotion! He is outstanding, gave me brief but helpful advice, 100% professional and was working to his top performance. As a service industry employee I notice everything and I would heed my words because I do not give undeserved feedback often because it is rare you get treated with such kindness and such informing service. Zim is a dime a dozen, as he is your representation I would expect you take care of those like him that you will not find often. Even a small raise and performance pat on the back has statistically proven to keep employees feeling valued and their work ethic to stay at that top level where Zim is.

  If you don’t follow up I will reach out again but I will be disappointed due to how few of these comments I’m certain people go out of their way to share in depth and with absolute joy for a certain employee or something other than a doughnut (which I am obsessed with as well and will grab one from speedway on my way home now since Walmart closed where I met Zim.)

  I dont know about this wasrehouse i do know where lived Norfolk,va. I would drive to va.beach,va. For the nice glazed doughnuts would get 2-3 boxes if not more fore. Work they be nice and hot they would almost melt in your mòuth and fall apart when ya pick one up they was so awesome special hot first thing in the morning .what happen to the hot fresh doughnuts?they not as good cold or shipped in from some warehoue. You let it going down hill.please bring back the hot ones . Thank you.oh can ya tell me the closes places to get them hot
