  We had a great experience with the Godby Hearth and Home team. Kevin Avedon provides excellent service, helping me arrange for measurement and installation of the perfect fireplace for my mom, even though I live in another state. They were incredibly trustworthy and Keith was knowledgeable and helpful when installing the final piece. Would highly recommend anyone working with them.

  Rick Johns, came to our Home to Service the Gas Fireplace, Rick was very informative and helpful with showing us how the unit functions and provided awesome service on the Unit. We were able to discuss the options of replacement since the existing unit is an older model.
  I would like to thank Godby Hearth and Home for such fine service.

  I contacted Godby Hearth & Home to service my 13 year old direct vent gas fireplace after another company came out and quoted me over $1300. to "repair" it. I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment (because it was during the holidays and I didn't purchase the fireplace from Godby), but it was well worth the wait. Rick was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my fireplace. It turned out that no parts had to be replaced, and my bill was a whopping $185. - a far cry from the $1300 the other company had quoted. Now my fireplace looks and works great! Godby will be my first choice for future service (and when it comes time to replace my old fireplace, the place to buy a new one)! Thank you!

  Godby completed a superb job in upgrading (and updating) our fireplaces. From my initial visit to their studio, the staff was professional, organized, informative and easy to work with. The project was completed this week and the installation staff effectively managed every detail - even reorganizing logs on two fireplaces several times to get the "right look." Highly recommended!
