Jack we never get paid for a job til the job is done. We never excepted money for a job we didn't do. All our customer's pay in person so if your brother paid for a cleanout he didn't pay us. Sorry for your brother's loss. We show up no matter what and we will give free estimates and if you choose to hire us we will not except payments til the job is finished.
