“Awesome church, I love the praise and worship and the messages. The pastors are sincere loving Christ-like pastors, who care about their congregation. Its very diverse and embraces culture. There is plenty of small group activities, outreach groups, and ways to be involved. Lakeview has helped many christians across the globe and is great for children as well. This church has truly blessed my wife and I, we're really glad to be a member and grow in the Lord here at this church.”

“I have no complaints living here. The maintenance team works quickly and my neighbors are as quiet as you can expect living in an apartment. I love my patio and plan to start a little garden in the spring. The office staff is really nice; Jennifer is a sweetheart. Nicely remodeled too, I love the white cabinets!”

“One of the best bang for the buck apartments you can live at on the west side (for now). There's not much I don't like about these apartments other then the slight rent increase every year and the recent temporary plumbing issues I have with my shower. The apartment size is above average and it's a great deal for the price (for now). My little boiler room gets a little loud while it's heating or cooling the apartment though, have to turn the tv up a few volumes while it runs. There AREN'T any rat or roach infestations here but if you notice one just make a maintenance request. These apartments are very old so you might run into a few problems but maintenance shows up the same or at least next day of your maintenance request; maintenance really stands out above all others over here compared with most apartments; 5 star maintenance team. My plumping issue would be a huge problem but how prompt maintenance is, makes it not too much of a big deal but you might have to make that plumbing maintenance request. I would give these apartments a 5 but I've been here for 4 years so far and the inside of my apartment has been the same but my rent is slighty increasing each year (nothing different here when it comes down to a rent increase) If rent increases again I would just say just don't jump into Carriage House West without keeping an eye on other places in the area. As of now still a great place to stay for the price. Free Heating!”

“Lived there for little over a year. Maintenance guys are absolutely great! Management was really friendly too. Great value for the money. They really try to keep the facility looking good. The big downfall is it's located next to West Lake Apartments, 180 degree difference. Would still recommend though.”
