“The pricing is phenomenal! Great care, loved how they handled my dogs and were so interactive with them. Very thorough without lots of extra fluff or pressure to get additional products or services. It is walk-in only so plan to wait as they do handle a large number of cases. This is really the only downside at all but it is much nicer and the staff is so much more friendly than at similar I've been to. It is well worth your time for the savings. They will allow you the option to wait in your car with your pet and bring them in around the back if they don't do well around other animals or in that type of situation. Nice clean facility. There is also a little side play room for kids and a "quiet area" for maybe cats and older/more subdued dogs.”

Staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Ben Adams was top notch. Very personable and explained every step and made the procedure as painless as possible. Never treated me like just another task to be completed but really strived to make a connection to his patient. I would highly recommend them if you need to have a root canal done.”

“My 24 yr old & 13 yr old were traveling from Illinois through Indianapolis to a horse event. They had some trailer brake issues. I called J & M and they were on another service call in the area. They were very prompt at getting to them and helping them get back to their shop for repairs. Upon further inspection they found it to actually be an issue with the truck. They did the repairs and had them back on the road very quickly. Very reasonable priced. They kept in contact with me the whole time to assure me they were fine and status of repairs. Such a relief to be able to find someone who didn't take advantage of our situation and understanding to a mom's concerns. I would highly recommend them. Note: I very seldom take the time to post business reviews, but as I was looking for a repair shop with road service, the reviews seemed to guide me away from a few other options. So to help others that may be in a similar situation, I am posting on this business as my recommendation.”
