“This is an amazing boutique! I love this shop! They are always kind and friendly and go out of their way to help. Their prices are reasonable and not the typical over priced boutique. I walked into this shop after after having fuel spilled all over my Jeans from a business down the street that does go carting, needing a new pair of pants so I could continue on to my dinner plans. When I walked in, I was advised that the shop was not even open but she still invited me to look around. I explained my situation and she immediately helped find a pair of pants to save the nightbut also gave me a discount on them because she wanted my evening to turn around. Please please give this place a look, you will not be disappointed.”

But none of that is the real opportunity to improve. The staff needs to be motivated. Inspired. They're annoyed and too uninterested to work. I will drive a bit farther for another Marriott next time.”

However, I saw Rebecca to get my hair toned and cut. She did a fantastic job! She is great communicating with people, she goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable, and she adds in extra special touches to make your appointment better than you expected.
