“I was church shopping — never a fun task — and tried this church on a whim. That was 14 months ago. I came, and I stayed. This church has some really neat traditions: holding hands during the Lord’s prayer, a real focus on outreach, a bell choir, and a *good* vocal choir which really progressed under its excellent director. As a gay man, only a small handful of churches I’ve ever attended (St. David’s-Austin, TX; St. Thomas-Bloomington, IN) have absolutely gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed, and St. Matthew’s is definitely among those churches. This church is the real deal.”

They also put the service online so people from home can be reached as well. I enjoy the atmosphere and the message. He reached all crowds and speaks to the young people too.”
