“Our experience with Bloom at Eagle Creek has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped onto the property for our initial tour with my Assisted Living Locator colleague to bringing my stepfather for a personal tour, we have been welcomed with professionalism, honesty and transparency. The facility is clean, well maintained with many areas that just feel like home. Several Dens for gatherings are available, screened in porches, beautiful outdoor spaces to eat or enjoy nature, a private dining room and outdoor grill can be reserved for special occasions in addition to a kitchen if a family wanted to fix a complete meal. The Staff seem happy, have long tenure with Bloom, and very welcoming of my stepfather. Several residents spoke of how well they felt their health needs were being managed. And all of this was observed before he even decided to make Bloom his home! The residents were engaged, happy and caring of each other which was a beautiful thing to see. My stepfather felt at home with these residents as so many seemed to want to get to know him. I was told on several occasions that Bloom WAS their home; they wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Many have been there for years which spoke volumes. Engaged Staff supports engaged Residents. We look forward to continuing to build a relationship with Bloom over the coming years!”
