“I just moved into Pleasant Run in May ‘21, and very excited to make this my home for a while anyway. I like knowing that I’m the first resident of my home since this is a brand new facility. I chose the 3rd floor end unit to eliminate noise above and at least one side. I also like having better privacy from my balcony. My first impressions are positive of my apartment - everything is new, so things haven’t been used before. The grounds around the complex are a work in progress and will need attention, but given the pandemic, is understandable that they aren’t where they should be yet. It would be nice to have a small pond with fountain and a walking paved path around it with sitting benches. This would look nice in the large ground area sitting in front of the complex where just an open field currently sits. The facility offers activities to become more social with your neighbors if you choose. Each floor has something to offer. The first has the “club house” for social activities with a nice back patio and gas grill. The second floor has a fitness room and the third floor has a coffee shop. What drew me to Pleasant Run are the following: 1) 55+ age limit (Nothing against children at all, but like the quiet). 2) All utilities are included with rent which is very convenient. Only the WiFi is paid extra. 3) The complex is new. 4) It’s close to all your shopping needs. So, if Pleasant Run continues to offer the all inclusive utilities, amenities and keep the price in my budget, I can see myself living here for an extended time.”

“I lived in Castle Creek for over 5 years and have nothing but good things to say! Jordan and her staff are wonderful, and always so nice and helpful. Maintenance is extremely quick and typically took care of any issue I experienced in less than 24 hours. The landscaping around the complex is consistently kept pristine and the pool/grill area make for a great summer hangout. Both the apartments and clubhouse have been recently remodeled and look super modern. All in all, look no further than Castle Creek if you're needing an apartment in the Castleton area!”

The apartment is the perfect apartment for Indy living if you are looking for PRIME location by the canal and a great price for the amount of square footage you get. The apartment is huge compared to many others we toured downtown...and was $300 less than the rent of those apartments. The convenience of having the canal right out your door was amazing for runs, walks and even relaxing with a blanket and a book on the open grass nearby! Overall the individuals I talked to at the leasing office were wonderful to work with, the only thing I would say is the maintenance can take awhile if you don't follow-up.
