For many years, Jack has maintained and tuned all the pianos for the Indianapolis Public School system, so he knows what he is doing. He was prompt, clear, and meticulous with his tuning. It was awesome to watch him. His stories, which I requested, and pianist skills, which were a bonus element of the tuning process, only added to his great service.”

I would definitely recommend someone to this location. Mind you they are a little $$ but the service is impeccable. Far better than the dealer.. the dealer rarely would call you up and tell you or show you the parts that go bad before replacement, but these people do, they took me to my car and show and explain to me in details what need to be done...and not only that, they gave me the best advise that will save me alot of headache later on.
