“I Transferred the care for my 3 yr old Trane Heat Pump to a Business that will take an extra step of care for his customers, without charging an arm and a leg :) In just the first visit, Owner Roy Rogers with Roy Rogers Heating & Air LLC had a part I needed with him on his visit to look at the unit. He had found and fixed a leak that was causing my freon to be too low for my unit to work properly, Roy also took an extra step to add the freon it needed.The technician from the other company that had been out to look at the unit their company had installed needed to order the part because they didn't have one in the State, and evidently planned to wait until he got the part to fill the freon it needed, which could've caused even more damage to my heat pump unit. Their charge for the services provided would have been almost double of what Roy charged to fix my Heat Pump . I appreciated Roy's knowledge, and his experience that did prevent a potentially bigger problem had I waited. Thank You Roy!”
