“I don’t typically get great customer service here. Especially the ladies that run self-checkout are incredibly rude. However, last night I was there and the cart I was using had a very loud wheel. I went down an aisle where two employees were stocking water, and went onto the next isle. One of the employees, he looked like he may have been a manager, white, half bald guy, went and got me a new cart and met me in the next isle offering to switch out my loud obnoxious cart. Truly going the extra mile, and I really appreciated it. Wish I got his name.”
