I read a comment before about front office and would agree they are not in the same league. I have called a few times and almost hang up so that I can get another nurse as there is one in particular that should be banned from phones. There is a certain amount of friendliness and politeness that is expected if you are providing a service and a few of them need a refresher course. And the admin ladies always seem like you are interrupting their never ending break.”
