We were told that we would receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival and the call we received was that he was already in our driveway. We received the call at 215 and arrived at our house before 230... we were charged $60 that we could have negated had we actually received the call when he was on the way. We feel this should be refunded as it was not part of the agreement. John did a great job though !”

He remembered it all without continually asking me. They were 45 minutes late but they had to travel quite a distance.
