“\Mr. Mann assisted my mother in writing her Trust agreement and various health care legal documents in late 2017. She passed away recently and I had several clarification questions in order to proceed with the administration of her trust. After many voice mails, messages with office staff and emails, I have yet to receive a return response. Very disappointing and frustrating. How long does it take to pen an email saying I can't help you, go elsewhere? Update: I have since heard back from Mr. Mann. Evidently he was on summer Military duty and was also in the process of moving offices. He did return my call upon his return and apologized for the non-response. We are back on track now and I'm hopeful that we can resolve the issues surrounding my mom's estate.”

In conjunction with Armstrong Relocation Services, our belongings were stored with great care at Planes Moving and Storage. On move-in day the crew showed up on time with smiles on their faces. They were professional and moved our items as if they were moving their own belongings. The efficiency at which the crew worked was commendable and truly something to admire and praise. The even assembled our furniture correctly with little to no instruction. Moving can be stressful, frustrating and at times down right infuriating. Moving during a pandemic just adds on to those layers. We are grateful for this experience as we felt as little stress as possible, we were taken care of from start to finish, and throughout it all met some amazing people. I would highly recommend for any moving, transportation, or storage needs.”
