  Loren Wood Builders worked with us and completed the renovation of our commercial office building that is home to our wealth management firm, Innovative Financial Solutions. The associates at Loren Wood Builders and our project manager Lloyd Williams were exceptional! They were extremely professional and conscious in every aspect of the project. They were flexible in meeting our needs, communicating with us, responsive, proactive to adapt to changes, and met the project timeline as promised.
  
  We are very pleased with all aspects of the renovation and would highly recommend Loren Wood Builders for any commercial projects.

  LWB recently completed a large scale renovation of my commercial office building, which is home to Innovative Financial Solutions, a wealth management firm. We initiated the process through LWB and they recommended architect/design firms which we interviewed. We moved forward with Springpoint Architects led by Barre Klapper. We moved or added a few interior walls, but did a comprehensive change of finishes, fixtures and office furniture.
  
  Once we finalized the design with Barre, LWB did a full bid on the work, which was finalized and then we set a construction timeline. We moved out of our space into temporary offices for 14 weeks. Lloyd Williams was our project manager for LWB and he did a great job maintaining the timeline, coordinating subs and consulting with Barre. The project timeline was maintained as promised and communication lines were well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend LWB and Springpoint Architects for any commercial projects.

  Loren Wood Builders recently completed a fairly large renovation and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. From the beginning, Loren was very responsive, open, and helpful. As we started in on the project it quickly became evident that the people at Loren Wood Builders are something special. Every single person we worked with, from the project manager, to the carpenters, to the painters, and the electricians were polite, helpful, and committed to doing the job right. For the things that Loren's crew doesn't do in-house, he's clearly selected subcontractors that share his focus on quality and customer service.
  
  On a big project there will always be small mistakes or unexpected challenges. The way a contractor deals with those challenges says a lot about them and Loren's team sets the bar high. Without fail, the message we received when we raised a worry or issue was not to stress about it and that they would make it right - which they did. At the end of the project Loren walked through for a final inspection and found a handful of small things that weren't done to his satisfaction. They were minor things I might not even have noticed but Loren quickly had someone out to get them fixed. His and his team's commitment to quality is evident.
  
  Working with Loren Wood Builders was the right decision for us. Our house looks great, the experience was good, and we met some really cool, fun people along the way.

  I run a wilderness school for kids in Bloomington and we needed a shelter-house built. We reached out to our community and organized a fundraising campaign and work-party days to complete the project. Loren Wood and company showed up not once but twice and brought their expertise, tools, hard work, and fun attitude to our work parties. They volunteered their hours on a weekend to help us build the roof!! This company really cares about local people and organizations and improving the quality of life in Bloomington. They are positively changing the way that many of us think about who builders are and what they do.

  My fiancee and I bought a lovely custom-built table on the Facebook Marketplace and didn't realize it was wobbly and unstable until we got it home. I contacted Loren Wood and he had the table repaired and sturdy in no time flat! The entire process was smooth, and I'm super happy with the results!
